Joyeuses Pâques – Happy Easter! A Sunday Lunch to Remember
On Sunday 27th March Boundary restaurant will be serving a special Easter Sunday menu in place of the usual Sunday lunch menu. In France the traditional Easter dish is Le Gigot d’Agneau – a roast leg of lamb. The most tender and flavoursome part of le gigot is called ‘la souris’ (the mouse) and is traditionally offered to the most important guest of the table…should that be the person who booked lunch?
