The harvest is in and if you visit any good market in France you’ll see counters overflowing with this year’s bounty. Huge squashes in so many shapes and sizes, the first fresh walnuts, prunes and huge varieties of apples and pears. Just the sheer thought of all those good things should have even the most amateur foodie itching for the kitchen!

Thursday 28 September – New Menu
Showcasing the best of the seasons produce Stéphane’s autumn menu is packed with the delicious uncomplicated dishes that we’ve come to expect from the Ardèche’s favourite son! Wednesday 18 October: A Mighty Mushroom Supper
Forget about those tasteless things you might buy in the supermarket that pertain to be mushrooms, this is a dinner celebrating proper ‘shrooms’. The French go mad for wild mushrooms at this time of year so this dinner will be a feast of this season’s fungi.
As part of the evening, Stéphane will be talking about his experiences foraging in the forests of South East France.
Tickets are £75pp and include a pre-dinner drink, dinner, canapés and all wine. BOOK.
Thursday 16 November – Beaujolais Nouveau Day
Since 1985 the third Thursday of November has always been one to look forward to for wine enthusiasts as it is the date that the first bottles of this years Beaujolais are sold. For many year’s Beaujolais Nouveau day was heavily marketed but then all but disappeared, in recent years (much to our relief) there has been a resurgence of interest.
This year we’ll be buying in a selection of the best Beaujolais’ from some of Stéphane’s favourite producers for you to enjoy. We’ll be serving them alongside a selection of charcuterie, terrines and cheeses.

Monday 5 December – Charcuterie Masterclass
Following a sold out event in August, Stéphane will be back in December to host another Charcuterie Masterclass. Declared the world’s first Celebrity Charcutier by the Financial Time’s, Stéphane will lead the tutored charcuterie masterclass. Following a sold out event in August, the event will include a welcome drink with a tutorial and tasting, wine during the tasting and will be followed by dessert and cheese.
Tickets are priced at £57.50, with limited places available. Reception drinks from 7pm with the tasting commencing at 7.30pm. BOOK
Wednesday 6 December – Fruits de Mer Feast
A must for all seafood fanatics, the main event will be a plateau de fruits de mer – the best this side of Sète! This will be followed by cheese, dessert, coffee and digestifs. This is a proper blow out meal to get the festive season off the ground!
