Indulge in Maldon rock oysters; Grilled octopus & chorizo skewers; Tuscan Panzanella salad; Pistachio arancini with mozzarella & lemon ricotta, Lamb koftes with cauliflower tabouleh & harissa; Corn-fed spatchcock chicken with Kalamata olives and potatoes; or a sharing 35 day salt-aged T-bone steak.  Rounded off with Raspberry mousse; or an indulgent Chocolate & hazlenut tart.
