We have welcomed a diverse range of chefs and cuisines over the past months, including a contemporary Irish menu by Diarmuid Goodwin; a Malaysian feast by Ranie Sadie; a vibrant Jamaican Sunday Dinner experience by Lauren Wilz; Yam with Nam x by Michael Flakes, West African, Caribbean & Vietnamese fusion; and a plant-based take on a traditional Italian menu by Giuseppe Federici, popularly known as @sepps.
